Ordered dinner for my family at 4:10 pm. Was notified at 4:52 my food was out for delivery, so I went out to sit on the porch to wait for it. An hour later, and still no delivery. I called the manager and she said it’s been dropped off. I told her it wasn’t and that I’ve been waiting, and she said there was nothing she could do. $50 for dinner, over a 2 hour wait since the order time on a Wednesday afternoon, and no offer to remake it, refund it, or anything. When I drove to the store to talk with the manager, Donna, she ignored me. Do better, Pizza Hut.

Beautiful sexy Goddess Queen
The last couple times I haves ordered, I was satisfied, I don’t know what happened today. My pizza looks as if it has mildew powder on it, I took one bite and it tasted so dry and powdery. Now I have to throw out the whole box which is a waste. Also the box was crushed.

Literally the worst service in Henderson. I will gladly pay more at other pizza places just to avoid the customer service at this location. Don’t order from here. IF your food is actually correct, it will be 15 minutes late. Usually it isn’t correct. If you are unlucky enough to pick up your own order, prepare to stand in the lobby without anyone even acknowledging you are there for 10-15 minutes. This staff and management are terrible.

If I could give it no stars I would the store I went through was unprofessional, in chaos and does not no anything about customer service. My husband placed a simple and small order at 5:30pm tonight as an easy dinner for us and our kids. It’s now 7:37 and we are STILL WAITING. He’s called twice and they’ve made an excuse and a “it’s next up for delivery” excuse each time. Honestly, it’s ridiculous.

Let me just say i was treated horribly after my order was messed up their end. Briseida who is the “GM” had a horrible attotude and customer service skills. I’ve ordered twice from this location and both times my pizzas arrived over 30 minutes past the predicted delivery time. My pizza was cold. When I called to complain, they didn’t care. Terrible customer service. If it’s going to take awhile to be delivered, just be honest. Don’t lie about when they can deliver the pizza.

Just ordered a pepperoni pizza online said it was ready in 15 minutes drove down there and it was ready in 15 minutes let me tell you these kids are working their behind off the guy that was cooking had been there eight hours and somebody called off he was exhausted give these guys a break you can’t seem to get anybody to work anymore so those that are working Pat them on the back.
