This place is so so so incredibly wrong for having done what they did. I was told by a disgusting rude clerk that was verbally attacking me over the phone that their was absolutely no Roaches in their boxes because they were never folded. As you can see in the above pictures their clearly was a roach underneath the food and ran out as I open the box. The disgusting rude employee proceeded to tell me that I should feed my kids and husband the food that had the roach in it. I think that is absolutely unacceptable and uncalled for. That is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting and I absolutely do not recommend this place to the public. Also the other picture shows how dirty it is around their pizza facility. BOYCOTT PIZZA HUT FOR THIS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. FURTHER MORE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. IF I DON’T GET MY REFUND IN THREE DAYS I WILL CALL THE HEALTH DISTRICT. We ordered two pizzas from this place and they service is very horrible not to mention they took down the order wrong left out our condiments and wi tried to call them but but they said they closeat 12am but they close down at 11pm a whole hour before they say they actually close to anyone and everyone out there thus is a horrible place do not order from thus pizza hut

I have always ordered here but today my order was horrible. The pizza tasted awful like re- heated pizza instead of being fresh made. I know how the pizza should taste when it’s fresh made and pizza’s were not fresh made. This will be the last time I order from pizza hut.

If you want to waste a whole lot of money on barely school food-grade pizza, eat here! The customer service was nice, but I received the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. This was my first time trying Pizza Hut in some years. I paid damn near $40 for 2 pizzas that were the same size of the $6 ones at Little Caesars. I am not exaggerating when I say they had little to no sauce on them. The dough was sort of “gummy” and seemed undercooked as well. Even the pepperoni and cheese was bad. My brothers and I agreed that it tastes worse than school pizza. And the fact that I paid nearly $20 per pizza is ridiculous. Steer clear of Pizza Hut. You are way better off going to Little Caesars, 7-11, or store bought frozen pizza for that matter. A lesson was learned for sure. A $40, disgusting, gut wrenching lesson, but it was a lesson nonetheless.

I called and tried to get info on my order and the supposed manager was rude and told me she tried multiple times to call, Danielle (supposed manager) said it was cancelled early in the morning before we even placed the order how you gonna say you called at 8 am and I placed order at 11. Lol trash employees and trash place go somewhere eles.

The two pieces that I received were so bad I had to end up throwing them away one of them was just like rubber where it seems like the bread was frozen the other Pizza the meat on it was so dry you can eat it and it was hacked up all different types of slices none of them the same like they took the pizza cutter and just ran it any which way they wanted to will not order from Pizza Hut again and I have been eating pizza from Pizza Hut for 50 years…
