This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at pizza place. I wish I could give it a negative 100 stars. The customer service here is horrible they leave their customers in the front and hide in the back looking through the privacy glass (I can see you) for 15 mins or more. I placed my order and 5mins later had an emergency and had to leave so I requested a refund, they yelled to the back “stop that order” and said I can’t do refunds let me get the manager lady. He went to the back and I could hear him arguing with the manager lady and she was telling him to tell me no and what for, very unprofessional. He came back and said she’ll be up in a minute. 15mins later she came up and said no refunds dispute it with your bank, I told her I bought food and didn’t receive anything I have a right to my money you guys are stealing money from me, she refused and said take it up with your bank and walked away. What company policy is this? This is one of the worst managers I’ve ever seen. So know I’m trying to go through my bank which is very inconvenient.

DO NOT ORDER HERE: GF ordered online. ETA kept going up. Called “the manager” who assured us they were slammed and we were only 5 orders behind in the queue. Never got the pizza. Apparently “the manager” doesn’t exist. They stole my money and said they couldn’t get a refund because “my phone was not in our system”. Said they wouldn’t look up the card. If you like losing 30 dollars and being hungry pick this place.

I utilize this location and place my order online for delivery. The delivery drivers are always kind. On 10/23/19 I placed and order and received an upgrade at no charge. When I contacted the location to confirm my order the manager was very professional and polite. Great customer service is a rarity nowadays and they exceeded it that day!!

My husband & I are recently new to this area located in Henderson. We are very disappointed in the last 2 pizzas we ordered. The last one a few weeks ago we had delivered, pepperoni, stuffed crust, extra sauce, they said it would be 35 to 40 min. after I hung up 13 min. later he was at our door. The sauce was 0 to none mostly cooked dough where was the cheese?? It was horrible very disappointed and costly.

Had a horrible experience; not sure what’s going on there. I ordered a pizza online 2 hours before they close on Tuesday night. I ordered online because when I called they said it’d be better. It never came! I called numerous times and no one answered. They still charged me. I called the next night to explain the situation, it took 4 times to get to a reluctant employee who sounded super annoyed. She said the driver delivered to you. No he DID NOT. either delivered to the wrong house or not telling the truth. This conversation is on Wednesday Feb 2 1020 pm. She refunded me the money without the tip!!!!! I asked for the full refund and she snaps saying I hope you know you’re making my drawer short! What the heck??! It’s not my fault. She refunded the tip. I said to her if she ordered something online without getting it she’d want the money back too. She said but I wouldn’t ask for the tip. Why not?????? What is this?

Placed an order online after waiting over and hour for the delivery which the alloted time was 25 to 35 minutes and the food never arrived I called and was told that the manager canceled the order. I was told that the address was wrong but the email I was sent the email was correct. What upset me was that they had my phone number why didn’t they call first to get the address if they thought it was wrong instead of just canceling the order and letting us wait expecting the Pixma to come.
