This place employs the rudest people. Bri has zero competence or clue on how to do her job. Avoid this place like the plague. She is a horrible employee. I feel sorry for the people who work with her. Shame on pizza hut for giving her a paycheck. I have had issues with her in the past but thought she was just having a bad night.. turns out she’s just a miserable person

Placed an order over the phone. Went to pick up the order it was made incorrectly. The manager “bri” stated to remake the order correctly I would have to charged extra even though the customer service rep placed the order incorrectly. When I asked her for corporate number she gave me her cell number and when I called bri wasn’t even her correct name. she then stated she doesn’t give her name out and took off her name badge. She wouldn’t give me a refund stated they don’t give refunds at the counter and she kept the pizza. Worst customer service ever. I see why they are looking to hire 30,000 people. If you treat customers like that I can only image how they treat their employees.

This Pizza Hut takes a little longer than usual for orders. Whenever I try to order ahead, most of the time it takes forever for someone to answer the phone. Pizza is good though and I do recommend this place for in store visits.

Let me begin by saying I like Pizza Hut. But this location needs help!!! There is always something wrong with the order..this time no pepperoni on the Pizza. I can overlook these things from time to time but what I can’t stand and haven’t been able to for a long time is the fact EVERY single time you go to pick up your Pizza NO ONE and I mean NO ONE acknowledges you for atleast 20 minutes sometimes longer!! This is absurd…why!? What is up with this management?? I tip 18% every single time!! I thought that ‘tips” stood for “To insure proper service”. I don’t want a free Pizza or a discount! I would like my order to be correct and most importantly ACKNOWLEDGE your customers in a timely fashion!! Rant over

Horrible service and pizza, supposed manager stated a refund could only be given through corporate. I was on hold for 15 minutes. Quality was terrible at this location. Good luck hearing from any supervisors. Bri was the rudest and was no help.

Do NOT order from this place!!! We placed an order for a special for two medium pizzas at $10.99 each. The app only registered one medium pizza at the store but charged us $31!! We told the driver who said we would have to call the store and speak with the manager. After having been put on eternal hold, we hung up and my husband went to the store. The manager used my husband’s phone to place the same order and the app did the same thing to him. He said there wasn’t anything he could do about it. He said he could not give us the other piazza and we would have to call the district manager to get our money back!! So they KNOW they ripped us off and just don’t care!!

It was terrible. We bought 2 pizzas and breadsticks, and they were all stale or burned or just really bad quality and not appetizing. We threw the pizza away without finishing it because it was so bad.
