First, they refused to accept my $50 dollar bill. That in itself ticked me off because I wasn’t given a choice about whether or not I would take a $50 when I got the cash. It’s not like I was purchasing a soda and using their register to break my large bill, I was picking up a pizza the price for which was a reasonable chunk of that 50.

I usually buy from this particular Pizza Hut ,I just tried to order and the guy was extremely rude yelled and told me I can’t order there and hung up in my ear all because I was trying to place an order, his phone was not working well ,when I completed the order I was trying to add the gate code and he got very angry said he needs to do the order over again and I said I wasn’t adding anything else to the order just the gate code and he said “well your adding something else ain’t it ?” And then yelled “you can’t order nothing from here bruh “ smh !!!im still in shock !

NEVER GOT MY PIZZA,Horrible experience, driver delivered to the wrong address. Took 30 mins, 7 phone calls, and 6 times being put on hold before I got a hold of a manager. The driver lied about where he delivered the pizza. All they were going to do was try and send me a remake or give me a credit. Nope give me my money back. Do not use this location.

Ordered pasta and a Pepsi for delivery. Food got here fast, but no Pepsi and no eating utensils. Called to restaurant and the first person who answered listened to my complaint, said nothing and put me on hold. 2 minutes later, someone else answered and listened to my complaint and said that they would send the driver back out. This time it wasn’t so fast, and I’m stuck eating cold pasta. Do better Pizza Hut. Domino’s delivers too.

Used contactless option no answer so had to walk in. The sauce for boneless wings were not on the wings it was under so we had to mix it. Pizza was cut so badly it had odd shapes and was overcooked. Parts were hard and a shame since it was a stuffed crust. This store seems to be getting worse each time.

I ordered a pizza from this location. It took almost an hour to arrive, even though the location is about 8 minutes from my house. The delivery person was curtious enough, but the pizza was terrible. I ordered it “Extra Well Done” on the special instructions. When it arrived, it was not well done at all. I also requested “Extra Sauce”. I was challenged to find any sauce on it at all.

Can’t give zero stars. They never delivered the food. They claim they did. Didn’t follow the directions given with the order. They did a sham delivery to steal the tip that I added. Never put a tip as part of the up front payment. Wait as they will pretend to deliver the food and steal all your money.
