Two times now I’ve had a bad experience. My last delivery took almost two hours. Our food was ice cold and not crispy crust at all Two hours and we live almost a mile away on the same street. Then the other order we had it looked like the last of the dough in the place. We had a med.thin and crispy. It was as if the dough was for a small and it was awful. We also had a med. Hand tossed and that was dough for a small. I will not use that pizza hut again. Trust me a big loss to them

READ THE REVIEWS! Don’t order from here! 1/5 stars! Terrible customer service and handling. This is by far the WORST pizza hut location i’ve ever gotten delivery from. It took them 2 hours to deliver my pizza even after I received an alert stating my pizza was out for delivery. I called the store MULTIPLE times and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. By the time I got an answer from anyone, a man named “Steven” answered and he was absolutely annoyed. I stated I hadn’t received my pizza and would like an update for my order, I had let him know I had been trying to get a hold of someone from the store to which he snapped back at me and said “We’ll lady you keep hanging up by the time I get to the phone, I was outside smokin a cigarette.” But I only called twice and the first time the line kept ringing for 7 minutes and I called again. The level of professionalism is unreal but that doesn’t surprise me coming from a pizza joint. My food looked HORRIFYING! I didn’t even want to eat it.

I dont know how many times ive ordered here and they get my order wrong . If it isnt the ranch that i paid for that they forget or the drink . Point is there is always something wrong with my orders . You guys need to get it together ! This is the last time i waste my money at this pizza hut

MARCH 12 SUNDAY 2023 The owner of this franchise clearly doesn’t care about his customers or employees. On Sunday I placed a $42 order at 7 pm. It said it would arrive at 7:58pm. At 8:05pm I decide to call and ask for an update. He says the pizza has been made, but hasn’t been sent out yet. He says I can speak to a supervisor or change my order to a pick up. I said I’ll change to pickup, but want to ask the supervisor something. In the 15 minutes I was on hold, I was already at Pizza Hut waiting to talk to someone. I felt TERRIBLE when I saw ONE YOUNG MAN running around by himself, answering the phone, making pizzas, dropping pans, doing the absolute best he can. I used to work at a pizzeria. Sundays can be the worst day of the week. I was going to ask him to cancel, but he was too busy running around to talk, understandably. While waiting, I got a message that my pizza had been picked up and was on its way. Whole separate issue with the driver not even completing my order (they were a door dash partner). It’s now Wednesday, and I have been put on hold every day for 30 minutes when requesting a manager. I hope that young man quits and finds a job that will appreciate his work ethic. The owner of this franchise should get to making pizzas.

The food was okay, just bland. The cashier gave me attitude when i asked for the ranch I had already paid for. I didn’t get a receipt so I don’t know his name but it was truly sad and uncalled for.

Bravo! the A Team was working today! Pizza was ordered and delivered quickly. Hot. Delish. Chain restaurants don’t always perform to the name they created for themselves. For pizza, I usually order from smaller mom n pop shops but the kids talked me into the Big Box. This location did not disappoint. Well done.

On hold now for 1 hour 16 minutes! Sorry this is so long but I had to change my rating from 2 stars to 1 id rather give ita negative star rating but unfortunately I can’t. I live 3 minutes away by car. My pizza was 45 minutes late because it took the driver 32 minutes to deliver it. Even in 115 degree heat the pizza and pasta was cold and my order was wrong! As of right now I’ve been on hold for 38 minutes and counting. The 1st time I called they hung up on me. I’ll check back when or if they answer. I’ll wait it out I’m so sick of this place. Pizza Hut is my favorite but since this is the closest to me I only get pizza hut maybe 5 times a year and we eat pizza at least 3 times week! Before I moved here I only ate pizza hut. This place is a really horrible rep for the Hut.
