Tonight will be the last time ordering from this Pizza Hut. This is the 3rd time I got a pizza that was under cooked, extremely doughy. I would order here because it is literally 5 minutes from my house. But not no more. Everytime I re order it takes about an hour because they only have one delivery driver. When I call to get a re make the girl on the phone had an attitude, and had the nerve to ask for the pizza back so they can give it to the homeless at the end of the night. Like what??? Definitely don’t recommend. This Pizza Hut use to be good, but now it seems like it went down hill.

horrible! After i ordered i call to add something to my order. I spoke to Raina who advised me that adding to my order would delay it by 15 minutes. I left the order as is. I received a message that my food would be 45 minutes late, i called the store to cancel and they wouldn’t do it because they switched my order to a doordash order. Food was cold service is horrible

Great pizza!!!! We ordered 8 different pizzas for a work luncheon and they delivered the order on time and piping hot. The thin crispy crust was soooo good! We will order from this location in the future as they put plenty of toppings, sauce and cheese on the pizzas.

When I received my order, it was undercooked and did not have any cheese. It was all sauce. The breadsticks were not seasoned. I called the store to see if they possibly remake another order and the best they said they can do is offer a 10 dollar discount. I couldn’t file a experience survey because my receipt did not contain a survey code. This is the second time my order was not prepared correctly.

OK so I order the pizza from this location online it’s up over the standard amount of time for the pizza to get here and when I did arrive my box was not hot when I open the box the pizza was old the crust was hard and not only just the crust the meat on the pizza was also stiff I tried to eat it with some ranch it didn’t matter the pizza was old this was totally unacceptable when I try to call nobody answered the phone and the location close I tried I’m going online but for some reason it was not accepting a location you guys really need to get it together And this is not my first time having a problem with this location either
