These were THEE UGLIEST pizzas I’ve Ever gotten from Pizza Hut! My last order was great. I thought I might be able to change hubbys mind. The sauce was put on in a circle shape, while the crust is a square. Too much sauce. And the cheese didn’t even cover the sauce! I ordered the big box. 1 pepperoni 1 pepperoni and mushrooms. With meaty pasta and regular bread sticks.

I Went to the nearest location at aPiizza Hut located off of Tropicana and Eastern and the manager, Juan, displayed great customer service skills. I will definitely be going back there again! I wasn’t satisfied with the first pizza I received and I told him right away when I went to go pick it up and he had no problem remaking the pizza the way I exactly wanted it. This man deserves a raise!

Don’t be a sorrow sap and order from the hut. The service sux the food is bad for you and you are being way over charged. Get a sit down or carry out dinner at Denny’s or somewhere and you are much better off for the price. I mean the hut wants $10.99 for eight wings which is truly only four you should get the “drum” and the forearm as one wing. Who are they trying to kid? If you were born yesterday, you may think the two parts are two wings. NO, THE TWO PARTS ARE ONE WING. I WASN’T BORN YESTERDAY!

1. Pizza 20 mins later than advised 2. Ordered BBQ sauce on ‘Make your own’ that arrived so lite that flavor barely discernible?! 3. Cinnamon sticks arrived w so little cinnamon sauce that they were blotchy white w sauce visible around the edges only?! OVERALL bad experience this order!

Terrible customer service, they messed up our order, I called in and was yelled at by a female staff member and was giving the incorrect order, I ordered pepperoni and cheese and got a cheese pizza!!! The refused to correct their issue on their end!!!!! I will never order from them again and will through the better business bearue!!!

So after first bad experience at a pizza hut I decided to give them another chance (also it’s the closest location to where I’m staying at right now) and they got my order wrong! I’ve ordered carryout and delivery, during carryout they never came out to my car so I went in and when I ordered contactless delivery they still waited at my door. Why even have any of those options available if they’re not going to follow thru!
