Ordered online a large supreme pizza with an add-on of meatballs. Received and was charged for it but it was only a large pizza with meatballs, (cheese and sauce of course). When I asked the assistant manager, Terry, he said was his name while not wearing a name tag. Terry said,” That’s the way it was ordered.” I asked Terry if it didn’t it occur to him that I paid for a large supreme pizza,with tip may I add, and only wanted a single extra item and nothing else to be a possible mistake? My telephone number is at the top of the page in bold letters, maybe you could have called. Terry’s answer was, ” Mam we get a lot of strange orders here!” I asked for a price adjustment from a supreme pizza with an extra side of meatballs to the single topping pizza that I received and he refused and said that I would have to call a number that wasn’t a customer service number but a Pizza Hut rewards number. I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in years because of the terrible service but someone talk me into it and I am here to state that they are still the worst pizza place in town!! FORGET YOU TERRY AND PIZZA HUT!!!

Took forever for delivery and those new melt things are a complete rip off they’re ten dollars for two slices worth of food. What a jip and also said no more parmesan they charge for it now. Got my pizza with no pizza sauce on it. Tf kinda goofy boy doesn’t put sauce on a pizza. Seems like this place only does good on your food if you tip good which I don’t feel is necessary every time, sorry not sorry it’s pizza. If you’re solely relying on tips than pizza isn’t the place.

Taste is always excellent because they use super fresh ingredients. During the Super Bowl, the Pizza Hut nearest my house was understandably busy. But, the crew working this day was a great example of organized chaos that flowed smoothly to meet the extra demands associated with the Super Bowl. Don’t know if Pizza Hut gives bonuses for excellent work during times like this, but, if they do, the crew at this store deserves one.

Made my online order the night before. Got a call 11 minutes before I was supposed to pick up my order saying that they didn’t have one of the items I ordered, asking if I wanted to cancel. A bit late for that. Got there a few minutes early. Store wasn’t that busy, two other customers while I waited. They let the phone ring quite a while (the other customer at the counter even asked if anyone was gonna pick it up) before answering. My order was not on time. Pizza was alright and the price was cheap enough, but customer service was severely lacking.

This place is awful. I was lied to by someone who called to about how to pay. I had a large order and asked if they could take a hundred. When I got there they told me, rudely that they can’t take the bill and wouldn’t for a $90 order. So if you want a group of rude lairs this is the place to go.

I would give zero stars if I could. Tonight was the last time for this place. I have ordered multiple times and they always forget a sauce, put little toppings, or burn the pizza. Tonight I ordered through the app and got email and text message alerts the pizza would be at my home in 26 to 36 minutes. I called the location at 40 min and was hung up on. I called again at 45 min and was told by Terry the manager that they were short delivery drivers but my pizza would be here in 15 min. I called back at 65 min after my expected delivery time and was told they had already delivered my order. I informed Terry that no one had come with pizza and I was still interested in purchasing pizza even if I needed to pick it up due to their lack of drivers. Terry assured me that she would remake the pizza and it would be at my home in 15 min. When I called back again the establishment was closed.
