Ordered yesterday, selected curbside and paid through app. After waiting 15 min after my order ready time, I went inside and my food was ready but still had to wait almost another 10 min before receiving my food. I asked for ranch and didn’t mind paying but after waiting 25 min for my order after it was ready and being that I selected curbside pickup and still had to go in, the ranch should’ve been on the house. Cashier I’m thinking was the manager, wasn’t very courteous at all, no customer service. 2 stars because the food was really good, exactly what I ordered. We ordered the rectangular pizza and it was very doughy. The crust was not anywhere nearly brown enough. Also the sauce was sparse in places. The pizza was a little bald. The chicken alfredo bake was rather small and uninspiring. I don’t know if Pizza Hut has changed or they simply don’t know how to cook the food in a manner that’s appetizing at this location, but this is a far cry from the Pizza Hut experience of a few years ago. I highly doubt I’ll ever order from here again.

Pizza was not even cooked. I just want a refund. Called store and asked for a manager, employee never came back to the phone after waiting a reasonable 10 minutes on hold. Contacted customer service (twice) which told me someone from the store would contact me. Never did. Management does not care about this store or their customers. Ive gone through all the proper chains to get someone to contact me, I should not have to jump through hoops for the bare minimum of customer service!

Pizza quality is not consistent. Often receive undercooked or over-proofed crust. Cheese is hit or miss, sometimes it’s great other times there is very little. Only once did we feel the undercooked hand tossed we received deserved a call to the location, they wouldn’t answer.
