Pizza wasn’t fully cooked and spent almost $37 on the box when I called they didn’t care and said they can’t check every pizza and for me to reheat it. The crust wasn’t cooked and not all of the cheese was melted and the dough under the cheese was raw. What a waste of money and customer service. Never again

What happened to Pizza Hut?? It used to be my family’s favorite pizza now Pizza Hut tastes like Dominoes. I have not ordered Pizza Hut in years! Very disappointed! We ordered a supreme but the pizza tasted like a tomato sauce pizza with very few toppings but extra tomato sauce! The pizza was really GROSS! I had really bad heartburn afterwards and we ended up throwing the pizza away! If we would have read the reviews first we wouldn’t have ordered from Pizza Hut! Next time, we will order from Pappa Johns!

When I say this is the worst pizza I have ever had…it is THE WORST pizza I’ve ever had. Not only did I pay extra for cheese, it was supposed to be square cut and extra sauce. I got the triple threat box and was so disappointed. The bread sticks were rocks so never even got to attempt at losing a tooth eating that. I mean of the whole two pizzas, only like a couple of slices were really salvageable. Also, how is this such a huge difference in slices. Not to mention it made it impossible for the party because they were not square cut. Just so disappointed because we were looking forward to this so much!

Hello everyone, it happened last week on a Wednesday. I decided to order pizza and wings. The order was on the way. Pizza Hut goes through Doordash. I found out when I was on the Pizza Hut app. I had experience with Doordash, and they’re not the best, especially in the Pizza Hut app, which doesn’t have the option to place directions. The app shows that it was delivered but it was not. The Ring on our townhome always tells us someone is at the door. I see no food. It was supposedly delivered at 509pm. I tried calling and calling and calling for my order and no one responded. I went to the store and was told that it was given a few minutes ago which was a lie since I got to the store at 524pm. I told them I’ll go back if it’s not there, I’m calling. I called and told them it was not there when I arrived after the store. They hung up on me while they went to get a boss. I called again and they “refunded” my money but then they took it away again. I had to report it to my bank for the food that never arrived. Honestly, not worth the money or hassle. I ended up buying Grimaldis the next day through Grubhub and they treated my order with care. Even the delivery driver let me know that she was waiting for the food. Great service but Pizza Hut…the worst. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again. I uninstalled the app.

Pizza Hut has always made my favorite thin crust and sauce but I’ll have to find a new favorite. The amount of sauce and toppings is so sparse anymore that it’s ridiculous, even if you order “extra” of something. If you want a reasonable amount of cheese on a cheese pizza, you have to pay another $2. This blatant greed, plus a $5.99 delivery charge (the store is less than a quarter mile away) makes Pizza Hut such a poor value that I can’t justify the convenience anymore. If it was a good pizza, I would — but it’s just a lousy, dry, unsatisfying, expensive pizza.

I always order from this Pizza Hut. This time I ordered wings, pasta, pizza and the new pizza melt. I tipped $11. I go upstairs and realize that I do not have my wings. I took a bite out of the pizza and it was so hard to bite into and I couldn’t even chew it. I called the store about 15 times before someone finally answered which took about 45 minutes. I explained my issue to a woman that seamed to be the manager and she was very rude and seamed to not believe me. I requested that the order be redelivered and she just would not believe me that the pizza was hard to chew. She said that her dough is fine and she seen it made. So after 2 minutes of this annoying back and forth she finally agreed to redeliver. I will be sending my pizza back with the driver so that she can go ahead and take a bite out of it herself 🙂
