I don’t usually do carryout for my pizzas, but now that I’ve acquired a new e-bike fairly recently, well… that changes things. Anyway, used the app to place my order (super easy), my food was prepared fairly quickly & to the letter, looked fantastic, tasted equally as such (if not moreso), and the employee at the register was friendly… Oh, and the price I paid for my pizza was decent. Totally worth the trip. Ordered through Door Dash and while the delivery was pretty quick, I had what was possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. There was no sauce, hardly any cheese. They had enough toppings, but it looked like the veggies might have been thrown on after they cooked it. I ordered a stuffed crust, and that was decent, but the rest of the crust was like soggy cardboard. There are plenty of alternatives nearby, trust all the other reviews and skip this place

First off this location isn’t open half the time. I walked in today to use a coupon and the lead shift Micheal was not happy to have another order… He insisted that I gave him a minimum 15% tip. The whole time while my pizza was cooking he was talking about how horrible this corporation was and how much money they nickel and dime their customers. I got home and looked at my pizza called hime back and asked why there was no sauce on the pizza; it was on the side. He told me that corporate only allows ‘3 rings on a large pizza’ for the buffalo sauce. After this experience I’ll never come back to pizza hut ever again he totally ruined it for me..

Rude staff. The cancelled my order because they couldn’t text me. Literally cannot order without giving them your cell phone number. Then I asked if they could prioritize my order since they’d cancelled without asking. Nope. Why would they help me. Woman had an attitude. It’s a pizza shop. Off your high horse lady. Take my money. Great service, food, and follow up by phone. I received the order a little before the estimated time of arrival. My family enjoyed the surprise upon coming home. If there was one thing I’d change would be that the food was a little warmer upon arrival. I will definitely order from here again.

The Worst Pizza Hut in the World! The worst manager, Mary I have ever experienced. I spent $31.50 for a large Hawaiian that had very little cheese and toppings. I could of purchased a cheap boxed pizza at the grocery store. I called to complain and Mary hung up the phone on me. I didn’t use any profanity, but expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction. I will never order a Pizza there ever again! I believe that the main office should know about the Poor pizza and customer service.
