Usually not this bad but for some reason my pizza looked a hot mess smh ♂️ idk how he delivered it looking the way it did but he had the nerve to drop my cookie on the porch. I called to possibly have the manager see the pizza they had delivered but they were more interested in just sending me another pizza. Unless you actually see what your product looks like when it gets to their house you’ll never really know what your employees are doing.

Placed an online order, was immediately called and advised that my delivery address was cut off and she wanted to verify it with me. (I hope they get that system fixed that cuts out addresses that were fully submitted). She then said that there was a company wide policy requiring the driver to see my photo id and credit card. I ordered this pizza for my mother who is 80 miles away so she would not have to cook! She then asked me to text my mother a pic of my ID and credit card number. The manager just parroted over and over again that this was a requirement and there was no alternative. SO now I’m providing my personal information to my 80 year old mother who sends random things from her iphone to everybody everywhere these days, AND presenting it to a driver. Sounds like Pizza hut wants to protect themselves from fraud but put the customer at risk. I asked for the contact information for the general manager and was told that I couldn’t have her information and she may call me tomorrow if I leave mine. Needless to say, I will use the other company when I order food for my mom from now on.
