The traffic is horrendous getting there in beverly Blvd, the shopping center was very small and only 1 designated pizza hut parking spot to have curbside pickup. Turns out the occupant using that space wasn’t a customer. Argh!!! I had to call the restaurant to let them know. The representative delivered my most delicious pizza to me. People: Pizza Hut’s pizzas taste better than Dominos or Papa Johns in my opinion, which is why “if” I have to splurge, that’s where I go. However, knowing that pizza shops charge 5000% markup on their toppings we all need to reconsider their ethics. For example: One jalapeno at Jon’s market is about a nickel ea. Yet it only takes 1-2 jalapenos to cover a large pie. Yet Dominos, Pizza Hut, etc.. all charge $3 per topping. Half a handful of olives, handful of thinly sliced mushrooms so they spread further, thinly sliced onions, and jalapenos, and lastly transparent pepperoni because it too has been thinly sliced. So, what do we have here, $1 for all my toppings? However, I have to pay $15 for these toppings making my pizza $32 plus tax, license, service fee, and added California fee.

Worst customer service. They need better training. Person picking up on the phone puts you on hold without letting you know your on hold. The drivers are all messed up. The manager shouldn’t be managing.

For a $40 dollar order I did not get my money’s worth. My pizza was flat little too no cheese on some slices and you could see the crust. The wings we the only thing that was good.

This review is for the service, not the food. As many others have commented about this location, the service is terrible! I’ve only reviewed on Yelp!, and the Yelp! rating for this location, for service, is even worse! For carry-out, the staff don’t seem to care, unprofessional and sometimes rude. The lack of care is also found in the food. Lacking flavor, under cooked with hardly any effort into making it. Unless the franchise owner does something to change the staff and service, I would recommend another Pizza Hut location, or order from Domino’s a few blocks away, or from Pizza Go! For delivery, I’m only 5 minutes away, but delivery took 2 hours! If the staff at this location doesn’t like customer service, then don’t work at a job that requires you to deal with customers and also prepare their food.

Reading other reviews I got nervous but the need for pizza won. I have no regrets, it was a perfect pie. Fresh as hell. I thought about calling and thanking them profusely but I don’t want to be weird. I mean, I am weird, but I don’t want to bother others with it. Anyway, this was a 10/10 purchase. Brought back memories of watching lord of the rings with my best friend’s family in middle school, chowing down on some fresh slices while her parents fought. They’re divorced now but it’s still a good memory. Thank you, the Hut.
