Terrible experience with our delivery order tonight. The delivery was late, and one of our pizzas was half smashed and half inedible. The manager, Selenia, was unhelpful when we called to request a refund. While we understand she needs to follow store policy, she was not willing to work with us to find a solution. After trying to hang up on us, she said the driver claimed he did not smash the pizza and that it would take 40 minutes to receive another one – after the initial late delivery and over 20 minutes on hold and talking with the store, so over an hour after the initial promised delivery. Never order from here!

This is by far the worst pizza restaurant I’ve ever been. I placed an order and waited in the car. I forgot to ask I wanted a thin sliced pizza, so I called the store and the female employee answered. I said I just placed an order for chicken wings and pizza then she hung up the phone. I called again and asked if she can hear me and she said yes, so I said I just placed an order, and she hung up again! What a rude person! After 15 mins I picked up the food and left the store but I realized they forgot to give me a bottle of soda. I returned to the store and the male employee wasn’t even apologetic. When I came home and opened the box of pizza, it wasn’t fully cut, so the pizza couldn’t divide into pieces. It turned out my pizza was super messy because of that. I’ve read other people’s reviews about their pizza weren’t cut in pieces, but this was happened to me also. How difficult to cut the thin pizza ? Why the owner doesn’t even try to do anything to improve the basic services after all these bad reviews about their lousy work? I don’t normally write reviews unless the service was terrible and this business deserves the worst. I’ll rate them zero star if possible. They do terrible jobs and how do they sleep at night ? They must hate their jobs so much that they treat the customers with rude attitude and lousy services. With those work ethic, they will be working at the lousy businesses for the next 10 years if not 20 years for sure. If I was the owner, I’d fire the employees. If they can keep their jobs, that means the owner can’t find anyone better than them, or nobody else want to work at Pizza Hat.

Before I begin I need to lament my remorse for not keeping the receipt so I can praise the restaurantess who assisted me a little while ago. I assume she must be a manager or at least shift lead on account of her exemplary customer service and professionalism especially when working with a mixed demographic area with there also being the extreme differences between each of them.

Pizza Hut really upped its game on the pieces there but bigger menu the food’s actually you know for was pretty good compared to what it used to be you just you know what are used to be which is not even really noticeable but it’s actually really good food right now and what the prices at least where I live in downtown Los Angeles reflected the upgrade in the food quality. But I like it I use it I recommended in a pinch and even unopened

Everything was so good and wonderful I got 2 meat lovers melts and a brownie the melts were so good buffalo chicken melt and the best thing they do is they take EBT it’s kind of hard to find it it’s inside of a little courtyard thing at the shopping center especially at night pay attention you’ll walk right past that I did 5 times

She hung up on me three times because she didn’t want to I don’t know I don’t know what her deal was don’t care but would not give me a refund My food was late they had to send the driver back three times because he didn’t have all of the food The first time they sent him back he brought the water in the blue cheese then they were going to send them back a third time to bring me to breadsticks that I ordered I just got tired of it and had to call back today to get her manager to refund my money I spent like $100 and to be treated like garbage I’m not interested in ordering their ever again
