We purchased 2 pizzas. The order was in my name but my husband payed for it. I went to pick up the order and I was asked the name for the order. I told him my name. I was then asked to provide the phone number associated with the order. I gave them the number (which was my phone number). The server then said hummm… do you have the card used to pay for the order?. I told him my husband payed for the order (who was still at work). He said I needed the card and ID to pick up the order. I was confused because we’ve never had an issue before. This “new” process is extremely inconvenient when your having someone order for you. It’s pointless to ask for name and phone numbers if your asking for card and ID to prove its your order and even more useless to show them the receipt emailed to you proving that it’s your order because that doesn’t matter either.

I would really give 0 stars cause literally workers are in there on their phones standing around , I called and was on hold for too long! When clearly someone could have taken my order over the phone! I had to go inside to order! They either need more help or people need to be trained to take orders on the phone and not just one person!
