I ordered a gluten free supreme pizza 12 minutes later they call me and say they don’t have gluten free. So I tell them to give me the regular one. When I get there my order was ready but did not give it to me right away. 10 minutes later they ask me for my name and said they had my order long time ago. I get home and I opened my pizza and I see a pepperoni pizza! This is unbelievable!! I called to tell them they gave me the wrong pizza and they let me waiting 2 times for 15 minutes and then they hung up on me. I just wanted them to refund me the price difference and they did nothing but ignoring my calls.

Indicated to pick up at drive thru window. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the window and ask the name on my order. Waited another 20 minutes before someone came back to the window which was the Manager who said she noticed we had been waited an extended amount of time and once again asked for the name on the order. She apologized and went to get our order, returned within a minute with our order on hand. Total time between when we placed the online order to when we actually received the other was an hour and 5 minutes.

Love this Pizza Hut. You can sit down inside and enjoy your food. Many TVs available, each with a different channel. Staff is very nice here! Excellent customer service! Oh! And they also have restrooms!

Usually have a good experience however not recent. Seems like they are taking in more orderS then they can handle. The establishment is short staffed. Ordered online and when I arrived to pick up it my order the teleprompter noted my order would be ready in about 3-5 more minutes. Paid for my order and waited 30mins. I asked the staff to check on my order. Pizza was ready and in the heater. My side orders were sitting on a table not in the heater. They were cold. Level of quality at the place has been declining. I won’t order from this place again.
