I’ve been ordering pizzas pretty much every Saturday for the last 6 months from the Pizza Hut at 5736 Gage ave, Bell Gardens, Ca 90201. Normally the customer service is excellent by far. I usually have the same employee assist me every time no complaints. He goes above and beyond. One day the store was out of Pepsi he cared enough to purchase a Pepsi from a store adjacent to the parking lot. That blew my mind I appreciate his customer service that much more. Whoever was working yesterday in the morning customer service is below standard. My order wasn’t right. My pizza was over cooked I didn’t have my hut flavored crust he offered no napkins with my purchase. It was a complete 180 from what I received before. This was my last Saturday working in the area and I’m saddened my experience isn’t what I expected.
