I guess I expected you to use your regular sauce on the Detroit style pizza. I know you didn’t change the sauce all together, because the sauce that came with the breadsticks tasted right, but the stuff on the Detroit pizza was very acidic and sour. I scraped most of it off and used the rest of my breadstick sauce on the pizza.

Lackluster staff. I scheduled an order for 2 pizzas and cheese sticks on the website for 6:45, it was not ready until after 7. I checked the order and it was not my pizzas, so had to wait another 20 min while they made new ones. 1 of the ones was STILL wrong but not worth waiting for another, as family was at home hungry and it was already nearly 45 minutes after the scheduled time. Staff was fairly unapologetic, they also forgot marinara with the cheese stick order, really unimpressed after better past experiences.

The pizza quality is on point. I’ll give them a 5 star if they curve side pick up gets better. It’s been 2 times that I end up waiting for 5 min. Even though they had no guest in the building. Why have the cover side pick up if they won’t bother doing it.

No attention or care to actually preparing our pizza the way we ordered it. We tried app for the first time and the pizza for our child was essentially bread with a little bit of cheese and wrong crust. i called the store to complain and ask for a refund but was left on hold for 15 mins and eventually just gave up.

Ordered some pizzas for pick up (carry out) while shopping at Ralphs. Like the fact that this Pizza Hut is conveniently located at this shopping area with ample parking. Also it’s nearby our home so having the pizzas delivered is very convenient. We always directly call the Pizza Hut store whenever we place an order either for pick up or delivery .

First I had issues with the website and my payment method. Waited on hold for about 10 minutes to talk to a manager to resolve it. Then when the pizza was delivered it was not correct so I called back to talk to a manager and was on hold again for over 10 minutes. Then was told that the cook had run out of an ingredient that I requested on my pizza and instead of calling me they just sent me the wrong pizza. Not planning on ordering from Pizza Hut again ever.

The pizza dough seemed like it was frozen and not fresh, the presentation was bad, the wings look like someone just threw a little sacue on them, and one slice had no toppings on it. Most of the toppings fell off the pizza and was in the box. The pizza did not taste good.
