I wanna thank the manager Andres and the delivery guy Christian for the 5 star service they provided for my son and I on my son’s bday. I will forsure be contacting this pizza hut restaurant in the future when I visit L.A again. The customer service they both provided was honestly a service I had never experienced in other fast food restaurants. The worst service and pizza I have ever had from pizza hut. First I ordered curbside pick up there was no signs to say where to park while I sat there on front of the doors two people walked in picked up the orders and left while I still sat there and when I had enough I got out of my car and went In there was a couple of young boys/men just talking while my food sat on the counter he said the name of the order and all I said was yeah and walked out with the food they didn’t even verify anything when I got home the food looked all dried up and i was not happy at all I ordered 2-large pepperoni pizzas and a side of cheese bread which had no flavor just bread and cheese

the night manger will charge your manger will charge your credit card with the amount she feels you should’ve tipped her, she charged me two different amounts on my card and told me “because i’m the manager” don’t go here !

Bad customer service Friday Dec 31, 2021 6:30pm. I went in with a cupon for a free large pizza and it said in fine print additional charge if i wanted stuff crust. The manger who was cutting pizza said the deal doesnt come with it. Anyway…staff was rude with all customers before and after me…very short staffed…I wont be coming back anytime soon.

The rudest girl at the counter. Canceled my order which was free with my rewards points. My husband went to get my food and he was a bit upset since I told him there was no payment needed. The girl at the counter charged him for it when he added a soda. She then tells me my order was canceled because I took too long. I’ve never had any kind of problem at this location. Told her we wanted our money back and she said no. You just took our money! How are you going to tell me that you guys just don’t do refunds. What kind of place doesn’t refund especially after it was their mistake. She could’ve told us that it had been canceled. How is she going to hand him my order with my name after she said she had cancelled it already. It wouldn’t have been there to begin with. She was so rude and disrespectful. Didn’t even try to help or fix anything. Never eating pizza but ever again. If I could give no stars I would. Hope this “manager” fixes her attitude. I doubt she even was a manager the way she handled this situation.
