Tonight I called Pizza Hut to order a pizza. I have ordered from this Pizza Hut many times and I kid you not each time they got the order wrong. When I called, A man answered the phone and I proceeded to place my order. He had a very nasty attitude and at the end of the call he hung up on me after me asking for his name. I asked him “what’s your name” very politely and he responded verbatim “ that doesn’t really matter” before he promptly hung up the phone. I was two minutes away from the restaurant and proceeded to go into the restaurant and ask for the name of the person who literally treated me so horribly over the phone. I was greeted by a person by the name of Ellen Who claimed to be a manager. She too was extremely rude and nonchalant and she said I don’t know who you talked to but it could’ve been anyone of us. She literally had the nastiest attitude that I have ever experienced in any customer service position of my lifetime. She did nothing to make the situation better and when I asked her to go ask around who literally just took my order two minutes ago she said “no”. She did not care to ask any questions about my experience and why I was upset with the service. I got home with my pizza and it had hair in it that I accidentally consumed. Disgusting. I am going to take this to my lawyer. I also have our interaction on video as well. This is completely unacceptable. she gave me the general managers number who’s name is Ademir supposedly . This is absolutely unacceptable . Do not eat here.

I ordered online this past week and attempted to redeem points for an order of their wings. On arriving at the store to pick up my order, I realized I was still being charged for the wings (as well as having the points deducted). They told me that there was nothing they could do about the price and, with my family waiting on dinner, I reluctantly paid. Contacting customer support online seemed to do nothing except get me a canned “we’re sorry and we’re forwarding your message” response.

Pizza tastes bland, overpriced $50 for a large pizza, extra fee for operations cost. Dominos is the way to go now. Better flavor and buy one get one free. RIP pizza hut, doesn’t taste like before. So dry and flavorless.

Food is great but the upcharges for delivery are ridiculous. I ended up paying $30 for what was advertised as a $16 pizza. Just raise your prices to cover the cost instead of adding service fees, delivery fees and random charges. In the past I’ve canceled the order and gone to a local shop. It was just a fluke I kept my order this time.

If you place your order online, make sure to call and read it to the store manager. Because they get it all wrong. Although you specifically put special instructions they will ignore them.

I haven’t had pizza hut since I was a teenager and I just picked up a hand-tossed pizza here at 10 30pm. It was the best pizza I’ve had in ages! (I used to work in a higher-end hand tossed pizza place, which has made me picky about pizzas, too.) The girl who made it was working alone and she was super friendly and sincere. Honestly she did a great job with my pizza. The crust was crunchy and flaky yet still had the perfect amount of chew. And the ingredients were proportioned and cooked perfectly. I had to make a review! It was a great experience from pizza hut.

the worst. usually pizza hut is ok, but this location in particular is bad. all i asked for was a cheese pizza nothing hard. first yime u got a pizza with only half pizza had cheese. then they replaced it for another with the same problem. i mean its just cheese. ugh so dissapointed again

I called Pizza Hut located on Central in Glendale and a guy picked up the line and unprofessionally said, “pizza hut.” I thought in training they maybe teach answering the phone line, “Pizza Hut, my name is .. how can I help you?” That was red flag #1. Red flag #2 he asked if I could hold, which I then knew this was the same guy who kept me on hold a previous time without ever coming back to the line. Just sat it down, as I can hear the entire background of him doing absolutely nothing. My guess was right, he never picked the phone back up. I called again, he answered, “Pizza Hut.” I said, is it okay if I can order now. He takes my order. I immediately told myself, “check your food before paying.” Oh, to back up I ordered a personal pan pepperoni. Red flag #3 I got to the store and he tried charging me $7.70 for a personal pan. I didn’t say anything because at this point the guy is showing he’s just miserable. And misery loves company. Before paying, I checked my food and there is literally NO cheese and only has two pepperoni’s. I didn’t pay, asked for his name and left.
