i decided to give pizza hut another shot after not eating it for many ears. that was a mistake. i won’t be ordering from this location or any other for that matter. the pizza had minimal flavor and the bread sticks tasted like cardboard. the price also wasn’t the best for what we received. why the service fee? i’ll be visiting more local pizza places or other chains.

The pizza arrived late, cold, and completely all over the place. When I called to ask about why my order arrived as a cheese pizza and not pepperoni and told them the state of things the staff was rude. They told me I would have to wait 2 hours to have another sent after waiting an hour for my food. They then took one hour before returning my money.

Purchased a specialty pizza an 4 sodas…. pizza was great, but the delivery person put the sodas on top of the pizza?!? Next time I won’t tip before delivery. $8.50 way to much for this person. Really sad service!!!

One of my pizzas looked stale, had no sauce, and everyone there looked incredibly miserable. The food tasted like how they felt. Asked for a new one and guy agreed but seemed like he’d rather not be there. I get sometimes we have to work at places we dont like, but at least some effort would be nice.
