My daughter and I were running errands all day and didn’t want to go home and cook dinner, so she suggested Pizza Hut. We both love their meat lovers pizza, so she ordered it from her phone, and it was ready within 15 minutes when we went to pick it up at this location, off Foothill and Archibald. Parking wasn’t a problem. Was surprised to learn from my daughter that there are no more sit-down, eat-in Pizza Huts, but at least you can still get them for pickup or delivery.

Just needed to have a quick lunch for some hungry kids. Picked up our two hot and ready pizzas and everything was perfect. Pizza was delicious and value priced, the employees in store was wonderful and the whole experience was very easy.

To whom this may concern, your establishment on Archibald has unfortunately failed me on multiple occasions these past two months alone. Your management is guaranteeing credit for there mistakes & when you call back it’s like it never existed (under phone number) the first two issues was there was no sauce on our pizza. Second time the guy Logan put my order in as carry out when I told him multiple times it was supposed to be delivered. Then on top of that messed up my order again & I had to call back & speak with the only female manager there Carolina who tried to fix but still made me pay more then the 14.09 that was priced to me the first time, THEN to top it off she wants me to call back again to grant another discount for all the mess ups. You guys are causing emotional distress at this point & im getting in contact with corporate period. School is in & it’s now 9pm & I placed my order at 7:21pm. Manager Carolina still mess up order & when I called in she yelled at me & hung up the phone. Definitely reporting to BBB & corporate.

I ordered a vegie pizza on line on the website. Within 5 minutes I received a notice that my pizza was out for delivery. That was fast! Yeah right! It was an already made pizza. When I received it it was just warm, dry, and looked awful. I asked for well cooked but this was obviously an old pizza that they wanted to get rid of. I am extremely disappointed.

This outlet of Pizza Hut is simply great. So far I ordered here 3 / 4 times for pizza and I always had good food as well as great customer service. The staff is always polite, considerate and very helpful. There is no seating arrangement here as this is a grab and go place. Usually there aren’t more than 3 parking spots but you shouldn’t be spending more than a few minutes here. If you order pizza then you should use their app for all the latest deals. It’s easy to use and convenient. I’ll definitely continue to go to this Pizza Hut.

This was THE worst pizza hut experiences ever! We ordered for delivery and when it arrived I grabbed two slices and the toppings/cheese slid right off, the crust was soggy and under cooked. Our second pizza was the wrong crust and under cooked crust.

I enjoy this location. They are super friendly and fast. The one time they got my pizza wrong they replaced it for free. Everything is good. Except for probably 2/5 times that I order the garlic parmesan boneless wings. 3/5 times they are great. But those 2/5 times they arent garlic parmesan, they’re plain with a dash of sauce like this picture. It only ever happens to this one flavor.
