I ordered a stuff crust 2 topping pizza with alfredo sauce it was hot good to go it could of used some more topping it seems like it was a little light maybe not i just like my pizza covered with topping with out having to pay extra.

Food was definitely sitting for a while, cheese sticks were soggy. Pizza was warm but definitely not fresh. If anyone is planning on using the Pizza Hut app, don’t. The app sucks so bad, plus for delivery time estimates it tells you a ridiculous time frame. Food must have been sitting for a while from what it tasted, if you are ordering thru an app then you’re better off using DoorDash or Postmates. They usually take about 25-30 mins maximum

I placed an order for 5:30 delivery. It was delivered at 4:45. By the time my guests arrived, the food was warm at best. The “Hut” staff was aware of the early delivery time and chose to deliver early anyways. I will never order from Pizza Hut again and will share this very dissapointing episode on social media.

I pre-ordered my pizza, 3 hours in advance, a huge mistake. Pickup at 6:30 pm the Pizza was dried up although the box was warm most likely kept under a heat lamp. Next time I will order for asap pickup.

Asked for heavy sauce, but my pizza was underbaked, almost raw dough in middle of pizza. Asked for light cheese but still seemed like a lot. Delivery person was cordial and professional.

Very disappointed in this location. The last couple of time I have been here my pizza’s were lacking in the right amount of cheese. Today I paid for extra cheese and still I was disappointed with my pizza’s. I talked to the manager, but she does not seem to care. She angrily stared at me as I politely explained my disappointment. I will learn my lesson and go to Little Ceasars across the street. So sad that customer service no longer matters.
