I usually order online and pick up there because I’m literally down the street. The staff isn’t always friendly and sometimes you stand there for a while before anyone notices. I opted for delivery this time because it’s pretty cold outside and I have a pinched nerve causing me a lot of back pain. It took 45 minutes to arrive. 45 minutes when I’m a 2 minute drive away. Pizza is usually good, I’m just not happy with the service. I thought it would be fast, since it’s around the corner. Proved me wrong. $11 Dinner Box. And it was luke warm to top it off.

They will give you the wrong order countless times. If u order hand tossed or pan they insist on giving you thin crust cracker pizza. Their debit card machine never works. Don’t even try ebt. Cash only. You will pay for something you did not order. They will not remake the correct order. They will insist upon you taking the wrong order. No money back either. Talk about a run down pizza hut. If I could give 0 stars I would.
