I’ve tried calling last week and so did my sister, but they would answer then put us on hold or hang up on us. But since we’re craving pizza Hut this week too, I tried to place an order online and call to confirm the order. They finally answered the line when you press that you have a pending order, not new order is what we noticed. So I confirmed my order and got there before I had requested for pickup. The guy who helped me was friendly. He answered my questions about the new item in the menu they have and because he said it’s good, I added it to my order with his help. I told him I would have to go next door to get groceries, but I parked in the pickup. He said it wasn’t a problem because he can bring it out to my sister who is waiting on the car. So, I went next door, did my shopping and came back. Less than 8 minutes later after coming back, and he came to give us our dinner to the car. It smelled delicious. Wasn’t greasy. Both my Dad and I split the new pizza item. Looks like a crusty pizza and folded in half. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted another one. The breadsticks were good too. I am not sure if they were supposed to be cut into lines, but mine were all together. Either way, everything tasted delicious and we finished it all. I just hope they would answer the phone more often so we can enjoy their pizza more. I included a picture of the pizza which was not greasy. Tasted great!

I never realized this Pizza Hut location was very close to our house. The pizza is delicious and service is great. I ordered online and the pizza was ready in 15 minutes. Although it wasn’t quite ready when we got there, the wait was only about 5 minutes. The employee who helped us was very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered his name!

Terrible. Used points to get Cinnabon along with my pizza order, had it delivered and the delivery guy tells me a completely different price from what I had on the app. I show him and he continues to not really care what it said just what the receipt had. I look at receipt and they were charging me for the Cinnabon. He calls the manager and guy says just bring it back then. Waiting 45 min for my order just to not get it is quite annoying. No matter how many times we ask they get it right, no matter how many times we have to spend extra on getting SOME sauce on our pizza, WE STILL GET A DRY PIZZA. Nothing worse than messing up a pizza. HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT SAUCE ON IT!? I’ve given it way too many chances. No more. No deals, no nothing.
