I ordered a medium with pepperoni, sausage, ham, and pineapple. The pizza looked and tasted delicious. I will come to this Pizza Hut location at Mission Village Drive more. The customer service is nice too.

Visited them late at night before the time they close, my food got ready in minutes although the staff said it might be 15 mins so I got home with my order sooner than expected. The only staff that I see was cool and very nice! They’re hard working even on holidays, I ordered some fried chicken, gonna come back for other stuffs one day!

The pizza was good I ordered boneless chicken wings didn’t get what I asked for I’m missing 5 pieces of chicken I called to complain and the manager was rude, disrespectful unprofessional I tell him he needs to train his employees properly and not tell them we’re gonna remake your order and have a delivered sigh for the mistake and then get told, no, hes not gonna do that. I tell him that I’m gonna go on Yelp or Google to post it. That the service was bad and he says do whatever you want. I really don’t care, that’s not called professionalism. Let alone a good atmosphere or inviting to go back ever again.

I traveled in from FL and ordered door dash . Pizza Hut forgot to provide the door dasher with my entire order. When I called back to have my order corrected the Mgr Jacob was very rude and not accommodating to correct the order. The two items left out of my order was sitting on the counter and the only advise he provided was to put in a complaint with door dash. This for one was not door dash issue and did not solve the problem of not having dinner provided as I paid for. No reason why a $98 pizza and wings order should not have been taken care of. I even asked if the Pizza Hut driver could deliver and he stated he couldn’t accommodate me with that either. I asked for a refund and he stated he didn’t have authority to handle this issue either. He could only advise to contact door dash or come pick the order up myself. Why would I pay door dash if now I’m going to come out to pick up and order Pizza Hut messed up… Jacob couldn’t even remember what items I told him were missing. His response was he’s multitasking. Awful awful awful employee with terrible customer service. I will never order from this location again and will be needing a full refund, as I ordered pasta and couldn’t eat it because no Utensils were provided. I was told I need to dip the pasta with the bread sticks… I don’t eat bread, so why would you recommend I the bread as a utensil.

I don’t know why they closed a location in an area easier to get to but kept this location. I don’t really get Pizza Hut anymore because they are all in asinine locations, and because they are in asinine locations, the stores closest to me don’t deliver to me. It’s just not convenient at all

Pizza was soft,perfect temperature and pepperoni and jalapeños were fresh. Bread was soft not hard or crunchy. Last but not least the taste of the tomato sauce was tasty. Thank you Jovanna and Abbie for preparing my order really put in effort in preparing my order just like I love it. I’m loving every bite.

I just ordered from here and I’ve been waiting for my delivery. After delivery was about 20 minutes late I called and she said their system shows a pick up. My receipt clearly says delivery. Then she tried charging me about nine dollars more.
