I was double charged for an order. It took 45 min for Manager to give me a refund. Instead of cancelling the double charge…He cancelled my whole order. At the end, we waited as family one hour and we were never served our pizza. Total waste of time for me and my kids. Very disapointed.

on my last visit, i ordered ahead of time online. i stopped by the store on the allotted time but my order was half ready. they had forgotten boneless wings. all i got from the employee is a “very sorry, you have to wait” the shift supervisor just looked the other way. the reason i use the online ordering is to get in and out and avoid waiting inside areas with other people. avoiding covid infection is my 1 priority. disappointed .

When I submitted my order I guess by mistake a only ordered cheese pizza and an employee from Pizza Hut went above and beyond by double checking my order. He called and asked if it was only cheese pizza or wanted to add another topping. Once picked up pizza was ready and done just the way I wanted it.

i pay for a ranch and thry never gave it to me. I call just to confirm that they never gave it to me and they said in 15 to 20 minutes they were gonna deliver but no show. I pay for that from my card plus I didnt even enjoyed my wings 🙁
