Let’s corporate set up now where you can’t ever get ahold of someone a human being at the store that’s right up the road from you is ridiculous this is why I don’t know what her from any of these anymore. But we had an issue in our community it’s a gated community the speed limit through here is 15 mph it was dusk. Here came this driver in a Honda black newer small SUV he was flying through add to event at least going 35 miles per hour if not more luckily his windows down and I screamed at him to slow down. What the heck is wrong with people and then I kept trying to call Pizza Hut and it kept trying to transfer me over but of course everybody is lazy now and no one wants to answer a phone and actually do some work it kept just cutting it off and I kept calling corporate and they kept trying to transfer me.

The pizza was okay nothing to brag about. I called ahead and had to scramble to find my card because they start asking for information over the phone. You also can’t send anyone in for you if you pay in person because they require a Id with the card. I was waiting for at least 10 minutes to pick up my food I could see. Being told one moment several times. Don’t get me wrong I waited without a compliment but it would have been nice to have had our 30 second interaction minutes faster then i did.

They delivered! I doubt most of DHS food places but we ordered 2 medium “super supremes” for the 2 for $11.99 5-topping each; super hott (I love hot food) also ordered cheese bread and buffalo hot boneless wings. Delivery was on time and everything tasted good.

This place HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a meat lovers pizza on 02-01-2023 the young lady came to the counter and greeted us about telling my wife she loves her shirt (Michael myers Halloween shirt ) and describing how she was disappointed in the movie. Lady we don’t care we just wanna order she told us it will be about a wait for our food and I asked her how long will the wait will be she commented back saying “uhhhh I don’t know “ terrible and unprofessional. The chefs and cooks and her were in the front just talking and smiling having a good time instead of cleaning and making sure the store is presentable to the guest who come in. This has far been the worst customer service I’ve experienced and I will not ever do business here. If I was the district manager everyone in there would be fired

I ordered ahead before leaving work. I had to call because online it was over charging Me. The Man on the phone was great! After getting to the pickup window. The Man at the window have what appears to be a Friend of His was just sitting at the window talking why I was waiting to pickup and go after a long day. He finally told Them to move to the side and park. Then He walked away as if I wasn’t there. I waited like 5 minutes before Someone else come over to help Me.

Ordered pizza with no cheese (due to intolerance) and the pizza came with cheese. The wings didn’t have any sauce. Overall, the take out experience wasn’t good. Definitely won’t be back.
