I ordered The Big New Yorker pizza from this location and this is what it looked like. Very little cheese and the pizza was tasteless. I was incredibly disappointed and this is nothing even remotely close to how this pizza is advertised. Do better, Pizza Hut

I placed an order at 1 in the afternoon only for them to call me and say “we haven’t made the dough for the stuffed crust, and it won’t be ready for 2 hours” really? 1pm and they haven’t made the dough? I then asked “well since I’m not getting stuffed crust can I get a discount?” One word reply.. “No” they wonder why the other pizzas huts in Fontana are on top. This place definitely needs better quality of service.

Terrible. Picking up an order and it wasn’t even started. To young kids working just talking and not even making the pizzas even though they have multiple in the front waiting. Girls hair is loose and messy. Would not recommend coming here

I was greeted right away. I arrived 7 minutes after requested pickup time. My pizzas were not waiting for me in the warmer oven. The woman who greeted me when back to find out status of order. She was in the back speaking with coworkers, some of these coworkers were not wearing masks. She walked around the back for at least 5 minutes before returning to tell me that she was only able to locate 1 of the pizzas and she would refund me for the other. I told her that the pizza that she was unable to locate was for someone else and that was the one I definitely needed. After another 3-5 minutes, the pizza was found. By this time, both pizzas were no longer hot. They had just been sitting around, somewhere??? I had ordered extra cheese on 1 of the pizzas. There were areas of that pizza that had NO cheese and the sauce on the pizza was almost non-existent. I brought this to her attention. She gave me a small discount. I should have told her that I no longer wanted order at that time, because when I finally got the pizza home it was very cold and had to be reheated. Because of the minute amount of sauce and cheese in areas of pizza it became like cardboard and parts were could not be eaten.

Never been so disappointed in my life me and 2 other people get a large Hawaiian pizza thinking it would be enough. After searching online saying a large Pizza Hut pizza is 12 slices it only had 8 which I assumed oh maybe it just diffrent so we go back order a personal and I saw it said 4 slices and I was like okay that would be enough. THEY WERE SO SMALL.
