As a former employee at this restaurant it was not the best time there. When being understaffed and/or co workers not showing up, it’s a really bad time. The practices were very poor and the GM was lazy.

I ordered a stuff crust pizza with pepperoni & sausage on the pizza hut app. It was a pre-order done at 9:30am for a 5:30pm pickup. I was planning to eat this pizza for dinner. However, I noticed that the pizza looked dry and very little toppings. It had no flavor and tasted very dry. It seem like the pizza was made hours early and then sat in a warmer. Please be aware of making pre-made order on the App. It may just be made hours early and drying out in a warmer.

Placed an order online and came in when the app notified me it was ready. The employee told me it would be another 10 minutes before it was ready. I waited another 25 minutes… I’m pretty sure they forgot I was here because other people were getting their food…. Just how the world is now… no one cares about customer service anymore.

I have a had real good experiences and really bad ones here. This latest one was a good one, pizza was so fresh and cheesy I loved it. I hate over cooked pizzas also pizzas with no toppings all over. Pizza Hut will always be one of my favorite pizzas since I was a kid. This one here has dine in with TVs all over and beer on draft, perfect for any sport on tv. Due to covid of course no dine in right now but maybe one day! Right off of Sierra south of the 10 fwy pass slover and it’s on your right hand side you can’t miss it. Check it out for take out or delivery! Call in advanced or be like me use the app!
