Prices for delivery for 1 large pizza & 8 piece chicken wings was over $52.00. Do not ever have your pizza delivered from Southridge Pizza Hut in Fontana. It’s 1.5 miles from my house & I was charged over $17.00 for service fee, delivery fee & driver fee. Unbelievable!!!

Bad experience with manager Corina. She was rude and having a power trip. She was pretending no understand my English with accent, besides her presentation was really disgusting with stains all over her uniform, it looks duty, she should wear an apron if she is in contact with ingredients, make me wonder about sanitary practices in this place

Ordered online as I usually do. Same order. The large 3 topping carry out and the large 1 topping stuffed crust. Usually I splurge and pay the extra $3 for extra cheese. However this time when I tried to add extra cheese to ONE it was changing the prices of BOTH the pizzas from the deal price to $22 each, giving me a total of >$50 for two pizzas. That’s insane. I checked my previous orders and they were $30ish for the same two pizzas, considering $30 is already more than the competitors the $50 price tag was shocking. Moral of the story, make sure if you use the app to double check the prices in your cart are what they should be. Or switch to little ceasers, they have much better prices.

The sauce, cheese, and toppings were almost non-existent. Pizza Hut used to be good, but now it can’t compete with the other local pizza places. Don’t waste your money. There are much better alternatives.

It was awesome. So I placed an online order at the wrong place it was about a 20 minute drive but the manager told me that since I already paid for it he can make me a new order. I was blown away. That’s the kind of service we need. We will always go to that pizza hut because of the great food and especially the customer service. Thank you again to manager and he was cool

Ordered an hour and a half ago. Online said it would take 25-35 minutes. Tracker just showed that the order has been delivered. I still have nothing. Nobody answers the phone at the store. Pizza Hut just stole 50.00 dollars from me.

First and for most hopefully my pizza can be fresh not looking and tasting like day old Pizza, secondly possibly making boneless chicken at that price at least not all hard over fried pieces and maybe some actual good covering amount of Buffalo sauce. Very terrible experience but never again there. And to top it all it was $35 down the drain no ranch but still charged me the $2.25 for 3 all bad all the way around.
