Had a pretty awful experience as a first time customer never ordering here again. The person who took my order who had repeated it back to me somehow forgot my breadsticks, they ONLY had the thin crust left somehow which tasted awful and sad, the marinara sauce was such a pitifully small size and the cherry on top was figuring out that a large pizza was 20$. Absolutely insane.

Wings where burned and some over cooked…and they gave me 2 complete wings the others where just tiny pieces…they looked like trash…oh and a small piece of burned something in the wing box! Went directly into the trash! From all the pizza huts I have ordered from…this one is the worse!

After ordering for so many years pizza today was the worst experience. At 5:59pm I place and order and I see that it’s 7:00 something so I call the customer center and they told me that my order was completed meaning my order was delivered which I never got no order that she apologizes for that inconvenience and she would place and another order for free and she would refund me. Then I go to the actual Pizza Hut near me and the manager was so rude very cocky wanted to fix the problem by refunding me like no! I been waiting for my pizza he changed the story saying that they called me and they never did that the driver couldn’t go in the gate so they brought the pizza back I never had an issue getting my pizza delivered. It could give them no stars I would but I have no other choice.

The customer service is good, but they got our order wrong after they suggested it for our order. Then we had to wait 15 minutes which made our pizza super cold by the time we got back home. Maybe would of been better for them to remake our whole order again, because our pizza was cold and tasted gross.
