Pizza was mid. Ordered one meat lovers and one pepperoni, basically ended up with s pepperoni pizza covered in grease and a cheese pizza with a singular piece of sausage on top. Cinnamon sticks were awesome! Not sure if I would order from this one again or not. On the fence.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. I ordered at 630pm they said an hour delivery. I called at 830pm 2 hours later and there talking about ooh we are just making the pizza. I understand if your busy but over 2 hours is ridiculous for 2 pizza DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION

I ordered pizza for delivery Friday. Driver came with order and provided no receipt. Now today the transaction posted to my account and a tip was added that I did not add or sign for. Have been calling the store and have received no help. Manager will not speak with me. Next step is filing a police report for theft and fraud. This is horrible customer service. The order I received was cold and you can tell it had been sitting for a while.

I live down the street from here and almost every single time I go, I’m always dissatisfied whether it be an incorrect order or speed of service. Just the last time I visited, I requested contactless curbside pickup ( I was sick and I had my 2 year old in the car with me). Upon arrival I waited about 8 minutes after I tapped the ‘I’m here’ button, I gave them a call to let them know…another 10 minutes go by and no one is coming out to my car. I call again to remind them I’m still waiting and they try to have me go inside. ????? I ordered curbside pickup for a reason. After refusing to go inside, they finally came out with my order about 5 minutes later. Why do I keep going back? I like pizza hut and it’s right down the street from me.

Called in for delivery of large pizza that was going to cost $32. Was called back and told that if I wanted delivery it would be 3 hours before it would be delivered. My alternative was to pick up at curbside and I could get my order in 20 minutes, so I gave the caller my card number and said I would curbside pickup.
