I live not too far from this Pizza Hut and so I’ve eaten here quite a few times the first thing I’ll say is probably one of the best things about the store is the store manager he’s a very hard-working guy he’s very friendly and very nice to his customers and without giving details I have seen that man go above and beyond many many times to help people out and make sure that they had a good experience however it’s a Pizza Hut and he’s got a lot of young kids 20s and they go from anywhere to “being really good employees” to “they can seem to care less about what’s going on your order is not their priority” but that’s not the store manager’s fault it’s hard to find good help I’ve never had a problem with the temperature my food the food’s always been served at a great temperature they’ve never actually got my order wrong however I’ve eaten at other Pizza Hut and I feel like for whatever reason that the items I buy here at this Pizza Hut are not as big or not as top as other Pizza huts I hope this helps it’s a good place to eat but I just wish they would make their food a little bit bigger and I wish we get a little more toppings

Excellent Pizza Hut location. I didn’t get his name but the delivery driver that drove the Tundra Double Cab was super nice and friendly. Wish more were like him. Temperature of the food wasn’t the best. If y’all had a warming oven to keep the food warm and a fridge in the vehicles to keep drinks cold on the journey to your address then things would have been perfect. I won’t deduct any stars for that because there are inventions called microwaves and refrigerators here where I work and stay so it’s all good. Just a suggestion goin forward. BTW Pizza Hut should pay for that equipment in the delivery vehicles, NOT the delivery drivers themselves.

Good food. Came out hot.. would be more stars but they messed up my pizza twice. Didn’t understand what I wanted. But got a free pizza for waiting about an hour for it.. the wings where ok. Need more meat on them. They were cold, but I should have asked them to refire them.

When I called to place an order the gentleman kept telling me he needs an address so I called back with the address and the gentleman says it’s not popping up in his system I said I’m a few blocks away at the motel 6 I’m sure they deliver here all the time I asked his name and he hung up on me what kind of establishment are they running whoever is owner needs to do quality control check I’m not from here I don’t know the physical address here there’s only one motel 6 down the block what’s difficult about that

This Pizza Hut location is super convenient because it’s in downtown riverside next to a lot of restaurants. Clubs, bars, farmers boys ect. My favorite pizza is the one that has cheese in the crust. Toppings,pepperoni, chicken, jalapeños. One exquisite. I highly recommend it.

For some reason, the app didn’t record all of my responses accurately and a few of my choices were off. I was disappointed when the pizza wasn’t what I wanted at all. The manager and staff went above and beyond to make it right even though it wasn’t even their fault, which I appreciated so much. They were willing to remake the pizza according to how I wanted it, no questions asked. It tastes great. Reminds me of why I drive further out to get pizza from this location – exemplary service. Thanks again!!

My order was made quickly and delivered within the hour considering it was a holiday. 5 pizzas, wings, and dessert. Everything was hot and fresh. Even Grandma got seconds. The delivery driver was very polite and gracious as we did not have our pennies together to pay once he got there and waited with a smile. We will definitely order from this location again. 🙂
