I ordered 3 medium pizzas and a order of bread sticks online with my reward points at 2:30 pm and wanted everything at 4:45 pm so I could pick it up after work for dinner for me and my family. I show up a little after 5 and the guy that helped me looked at his computer and saw no orders under my name. He then talks to his manager that tells me the order has been cancelled!! By them because I can only order one pizza per day and I ordered 3. What!!!! They never called me and told me anything! I even have a email saying my order will be ready at 445! So i guess they make there own policy and the app just lets you think your all good with ordering 3. And I lost 675 points cause they canceled my whole order… and my points never went back.

They forgot part of our order and we didn’t find out until after we got home. We only stopped by this location because it was close to where we were at the moment. Tried to call multiple times to get the issue resolved so we didn’t have to drive all the way back. No answer.

Very bad customer service, I called the employee the time was 6:04pm on 01/18/2022. He was very rude and hung up on me, I called a second time his exact words were “thank you for nothing” and hung up again. Hope the manager does something about this. I had to order my pizza somewhere else. That was very unacceptable. I talked to him politely and he was just so rude. Sorry but Im not buying pizza here anymore.

I paid for a 3 topping pizza and only received a pepperoni, this was a carry-out order, when I arrived to pick up my pizza, the employees seems to have a gathering outside in the parking lot, which I believe is the reason of the carless mistake. I would like a credit for a large 3 topping pizza. I can send pictures of the pizza missing bacon and bell peppers

Bad Management by Francisco , Placed an order online at 9:17 it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 9:27 my payment was taken and i sat down and waited then it was 9:48 still no order was ready. I asked to speak to the manager named Francisco and he said he had forgotten to place my order, since he was to busy chatting away with the other workers in the back. Then he had asked me if i could wait 15-20 min for him to make my order he had forgotten to put in 30 min ago so now he wanted me to wait a total of 45 min for my order. Bad manager was in no way careing about customer service or no way of solving the issue.

They always get the deliveries wrong. This time the dinner box got tipped over in the delivery process and the wing got sauce spilled and soaked the pepperoni pizza from underneath. Called and the girl who answered said they would give me credit. I then told her my kids weren’t going to be able to eat it with the hot sauce all over the pizza, since it is the burning hot sauce. Puts me on hold without telling me again and says they will deliver the other pizza in another 30 minutes and to return the other one with hot sauce with the driver. So by the time the we get our other half of dinner for the kids, my wife and I will be reheating our portions I guess. “Great customer service!,” said none of this pizza hut’s customers!
