Had the worst experience! Ordered online went to pick up my order then “manager” advised I won’t be able to “pay” for my online order. I explained with respect “ I am not here to pay someone else’s order. I gave her order details, name on the order and even showed her real I’d. She continued saying she need the person present! After I gave her ID info on what we ordered and she denied my service. Ask what will u do with the pizzas n she said give them to charity!?? Asked my wife to come to the store n her employees said if u want to give a complaint figure it out!? Bad customer service! I hope they get a refresher on how to treat customers

Ordered here a few times and never had an issue with the pizza or the order. We always did pickup. Recently I was craving chicken wings and decided to placed an order of it and it was a disappointment. The wings was super small. Like toothpick small. Definitely not worth ordering again but would come back for just the pizza. Staff was very friendly so that’s a plus!

3 people came in to redeem 3 different BOOK IT personal pan pizza rewards. Racist cashier lady lectured us on not being able to claim more than 1 per day under the same name. 2 of us, our names have a 1 letter difference… Putrid smell in and out, and rude service

I usually don’t have any issues with this location but the date of 3/3/22 at around 9:25 p.m., my 3 topping pan pizza was undercooked. Aside from that, it seemed like I asked for my toppings to be on only half of the pizza. The family wanted pizza that night so I had to go get domino’s after, and I honestly don’t like domino’s; that’s how bad it was. I didn’t want anyone getting food poisoning.
