Just left this location. I ordered online and my order was ready at 8:15pm. Realized only when we got home it was the wrong pizza. Called to tell them I was on my way so they could start me a new one instead of waiting. Got there and nobody knew what we were talking about. After 10 mins they give me a raw pizza. They offer to put it back in the oven. I asked the supervisor for a discount on my order and she said she could give me a discount for next time. This was the first time in 6 years I have gone to Pizza Hut so I probably wont be back. She told me I would have to wait until Monday afternoon when Gina the store manager is there so get any real resolution. Now it is 9:10pm and I’m about to eat my dry crusty gross pizza. Thanks Pizza Hut. Also, not one employee owned up to this mistake and I didn’t get a single apology from any of the staff. People need to be accountable.

Everything was great!!! The location. The atmosphere. The food was hot a delicious!!! I got to watch some football. What does not need to be something that is acceptable going forward is, dogs in the restaurants. Animals do NOT need to be in dining establishments. No shoes, no shirt, no dogs!!!….

Watch out for the service fee n other charges. Order wing they will charge extra for condiments like ranch etc. In regards of service fee I ask the % the manager doesn’t know, so they can very much charge whatever they want.

Our pizza had someone’s hair in it. It was under the cheese so whoever made it wasn’t wearing a net . They offered me another pizza instead of my money back. Who wants to eat something made by the same person. No thanks.
