Good pizza but this may not be true or wrong but seems like if u don’t pay full price for ur pizza it’s made with less cheese or toppings. Also I had placed an order and was unable to purchase it cause their EBT maschine was broken so instead of just giving it to me they just shrugged their shoulders. Btw it had been the 2nd pizza hut I went too because the 1st one ignored me completely so I walked out.

Pizza Hut has since corrected their methods of cooking and product quality. I did not take the offer by the owner/manager from the establishment back when I made the first review but since then they have improved greatly and while it is a commercial chain this location has stepped up their game. It’s better than the local Papa John’s and Domino’s even.

What you could do is make sure customers get there orders. We had to call the store to find out why our order was taking more than an hour to get delivered. We find out that our order has been sitting there in the store because the driver forgot to take it out on his deliveries. And no one called us to let us know. They need to be more together at this store obviously some one dropped the ball there.

These guys do not honor 60% of the deals most other pizza huts do. They charge $4+ delivery fee and some ridiculous service fee they claim is to offset the cost of doing business in California on top of sales tax. My order tonight came out to $19 and change with under $2 for tax…out the door with all their additional ridiculous fees $28 for 3 medium pizzas. You guys are truly a ripoff, this will be my last order!
