This review is solely based on customer service. We left Disneyland early so we can get home since we live 2 hrs away. I called to place an order and have record of it on the phone (telephone matches the number they gave me) and 4 witnesses as I had them on speaker (spoke with a male) Said my order would be ready in 20 min. Got there in less than 20 so waited in my car. 15-20 min went by got off my car and was told that there wasn’t an order under the name or telephone I gave them. Had to wait another 20 min. They did not seem apologetic and I was told that I prob called a different Pizza Hut! Even though I showed them their number on my recent calls and the minutes i was on the call with them. Order was done I asked for chili flakes and plates they wanted to charge us!! U mess up the order, u couldn’t give us 99¢ chili flakes for YOUR screw up! “Sorry we can’t give them to u” i wasn’t asking for a free pizza. Do better with training your staff if u don’t know how to enter an order then don’t answer the phone!! This pizza stop was an inconvenience today!

The “New Yorker” I ordered seemed to be under cooked. I ordered extra cheese (and pepperoni I think) and there wasn’t extra of anything. Half of the pizza didn’t even have cheese on it as it looked like either they forgot about that spot or all the cheese slid to one side of the pizza when they threw it in the oven.

The online order is easy! I ordered pepperoni lover pizza and the Honey BBQ boneless chicken. I used the delivery service and am very satisfied with it! The food was delivered super fast; it is hot and tasty! and kudos to the young man who delivered the food as he delivered the food with his bright smile and he is courteous!

Horrible customer service.I receive no help from the employees while the pizza hut website isn’t allowing adding items to cart.Poor listening skills,very rude employees every time I go there.Maybe because I don’t look Hispanic like them, although I am.Trashy area outside with loiterers.Hardly any parking.The most recent pizza I ordered had almost no cheese on more than half of the pizza.

The pizza is not bad, the prices are higher than little Caesars. On top, they have hidden ” Service Fees” that they won’t disclose in advance . I don’t intend to return to this Pizza place. Even 7-11 has better prices and it’s right next door. Good luck!.

The worst customer service especially by the person who claims he is the manager as of 2:05 pm I was taking my order and he was very rude and I told him I understand that he is having a bad day but he didn’t need to take it out on me and he rudely cut me off saying do you want me to take your order or not and he kept repeating himself as I was explaining to him that is not how he should be treating customers I ask for management he said he is and I asked for a number to his superior and he tells me to come back tomorrow and he left me standing there until he was ready to take my order. I am very upset about the service that was provided here and will like something to be done about it. Thank you.

They’re pretty quick, courteous, clean, and efficient. Get the app and be sure to use the deals. You can save a lot of money…like $5 or more off each pizza kind of money… just by choosing the right deal and ordering that way. Also you’ll rack up the points real fast and get free food, too, if you use the app to order every time. I should have been doing this years ago!
