I’ve been ordering from this location for over 2 years now. Many times I go in or sometimes I order online. Today I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 orders of quepapas. The pizza we received was the worst I’ve ever had. It’s never been this bad so I don’t know what changed there or what went wrong but my pizza was very hard to bite. The stuffed crust kept coming apart from the rest of the pizza and my toppings kept falling off. It’s not edible at all. The bottom of the pizza wad hard in some spots and some felt rubbery. While eating the stuffed crust it felt crunchy. I won’t be ordering here anymore if this is what it’s come to.

Wow this was a rip-off. Fairly pricey but we were too exhausted to go pick up. Tasted like someone heated up a frozen pizza. Worthless. Will never ever order from pizza hut again.

Carry out was not bad, they are open late. Went there after leaving Disney land. It’s hard to screw up a pizza, veggies were fresh and tasted like a Pizza Hut. Or maybe I was very hungry.

It started off as a rather difficult experience but after some conversation with the manager she was able to work out a reasonable resolution that made me more than happy with my experience and definitely willing to come back to this location very clean inside and presentable business

Terrible service. They messed up my pizza order and gave it to someone else. Things happen and I get it. The problem was when they didn’t do much to fix it. The guy told me they messed up and would make me a new pizza. It would be ready in 7 minutes. 30 minutes later it was ready after they had made and cooked several other pizza. I complained about being pushed to the back of the line and the could only muster up “sorry”.

Pizzas Hut is very expensive, they say that the three-ingredient pizza costs 7.99 and they end up charging each pizza at 18.99 but their trap is in the extra tax and in the tax on the cost of 18.99 of each pizza. Apart from that the employee is very rude.

Awful service. I went yesterday, and I started my order. When I picked up my order, they didn’t give me my pizza, only my fries, and other appetizers, and I didn’t notice until I got home. When I returned, I talked to the guy who forgot you gave me my order. He was laughing, and he said, yes, they told me you called about our food. No one apologies for the mistake.
