It was good buuuuut, I walked in and said to the cashier, I want a small pizza half cheese, half pepperoni, no big deal right…. The cashier had a hard time understanding it, then after I talked with him a little he got it. Then they said it was like $6.xx and I thought, great value… Well 15 min later I get the pizza and it was a personal size, not a small size. Like the size of my hand pizza. I’m a big guy, so I was a little shocked, I said this is a baby size pizza, I guess I will have steak and potatoes with it. So just pay attention to cost and size.

I asked the employee what is this extra service fee for and he said it’s an extra fee they charge for delivery. I said to him, I’m in your store so why do I have to pay that extra fee? He then said, we charge everybody. Okay…. So what is it?!? So I looked it up online and apparently, since December 2021 PIZZA HUT started collecting the extra SERVICE FEE just so the executive of the company can stay wealthy. I feel bad for the store employees cause they’re getting yelled at by customers. Employees are really nice here.

We ordered a cheese pizza last evening. It arrived quickly and we were really hungry! The pizza that arrived was obviously made earlier and left sitting on their oven to keep warm. What ever they put on the crust to make it crunchy tasted like the nastiest left over old, old, old oil! Having ordered a cheese pizza I would expect cheese on the whole pizza! We had 2 pieces with NO cheese! We are disgusted with them and will order from a mom and pop business now; they care about sending out nasty old food that someone else ordered and didn’t want. The bad thing is that we always ordered from them. Never more! Take heed.

Pizza Hut website changed the default location of my favorite Pizza Hut chain, thus when I went to get my order, it was not at my favorite pizza branch. I lost out on $48 worth of food.
