Couldn’t do a basic order I asked for BBQ sauce on a chicken and onion pizza, I called them about the sauce and the guy had clearly puffed on something. He said I asked for no cheese. :/ Also when I called they were very disrespectful. I used to love this location!

We are a regular customer but what we got is a poorly baked 2 pizza. With very less amount of marinara sauce spread. By the look itself we complained before taking it but surprised to find that these pizza guys didn’t find anything wrong. They offered is to remake it in not so polite tone and told us that their oven will take about half hour to get ready and then some time for pizza. So it’s as good as a big “NO”. I was left with no choice but to eat your poorly and badly prepared pizza with my hard earned money.. I would rate you zero stars. You don’t care for your customer experience.

Poorly managed, food is constantly wrong. They continuously forget my 2-Liter drink. The pizzas they make have the incorrect amount of ingredients, too much sauce, too little cheese, too few toppings. The manager is a Hispanic female who does not give her name for accountability.

Ordered one New York pizza , 1lg pepperoni,sausage and half pineapple and the other half mushrooms all pizza was cold. Also ordered boneless bbq wings that were so hard we couldn’t eat and mild wings on the bone they were a little hard but we could eat then. I called got a young girl who had an attitude from the start. Mind you I was not going to ask for anything I just wanted to tell them it’s all. I asked for the manager and she hung up on my. Called back talked to the manager he was a lot better. Still make me feel like I was in the wrong. Just think they should of said more then well what Do you want me to do about it. 10% discount or what is what I got. Been going there for only 3 years and I no it won’t matter too then but we will not go back.

Swung by mid-afternoon on Sunday before dinner hours. The order was ready, yet the young man had a zombie look written all over his face with his eyes like endless dark holes, which surely lingered longer in one’s mind than the swift duration of pick up! Guess he is cut out for anything but customer service or working on Sunday. Might be he still carried over his long night, or had too much recreational consumption!

Store never brought the pizza out to cur b side. When I went in and just saw my pizza sitting there I asked if I had done anything incorrectly and they stated they didn’t know. Additional toppings were so sparse I felt like I wasted money adding toppings.

I ordered pizza and boneless chicken hot wings on November 12. When I got it, all of it was cold. I called them they gave me credit. I called and placed the same order the next day. Again when I got the food it was all cold plus the hot boneless chicken wings were hard and no sauce. This is crazy. I already emailed you but have not got any response. I understand it was only 23.44 but when you are on a fixed income it matters..

Get the order correct. Traveled 4 miles for delivery to car and did not receive text to call store when I got there. Got home and 1 of the pizzas was not what I ordered. Called store and they said I would have to bring back pizza for exchange. Told them I’m not driving back another 4 miles to wait to get another pizza, as they would not start one, until I brought it back. She said there is nothing they can do. I said do I get a credit for paying extra for for pepperoni, her answer was all I can give you is a $1.50. I said yes, she repeated the question again with a voice like I can’t believe you are asking for a $1.50. I will never go back that store, was treated poorly.
