Pizza was ice cold by the time we finally got it. When I started to place my order delivery time was 25-35 minutes. But after my order had gone thru it went to 60 minutes! Ended up re-heating it in my own oven because we were already waiting for so long

We haven’t been back for a long time and decided to give it a try again-mistake! We ordered a large stuff crust pizza. $26.00 – we can go anywhere for $26.00 and get a better pizza. What’s up with nearly no sauce on it. Is there a sauce shortage . The 1.95 added surcharge is bull. Never again . I’ll spend my money elsewhere !

There was a miss communication from what I ordered via their website to the type of pizzas that were made. None of the toppings that I ordered were on the pizzas they all came as cheese pizzas. The driver did not deliver the 4 drinks that were ordered as well. Didn’t expect much because it is Pizza Hut but just so sub par.

I ordered a couple pizzas online for the first time. I wanted thick crust/ deep pan but somehow the order was processed as thin crust. The manager Marc, of 4 years, would not let us fix the order after we paid for the pizza. He said if we had mentioned something before the payment was made that he would have fixed the order in store which does not make any sense at all! Where is the customer service? I am a business owner and I am shocked that they would not fix the order.

The delivery time was good, but when we opened the box of pizza it was all messed up. Like the driver turned the pizza on its side and upside down. The pizza was still good. Be advised on the drivers being more careful.

We called and placed an order for delivery around 6PM. We let them know we couldn’t order online because it said we weren’t in the delivery area, but we live in a new housing development that’s literally less than three miles from the store, it’s just not on most maps yet. The woman I spoke to on the phone said that she would take the order and if there was a problem the manager would promptly call me. I confirmed our address with her at least three times. We received no phone call until 7:20, over an hour later, from a man claiming the store was on First and Los Angels and that we were over eight miles away from the store so they wouldn’t be able to deliver to us. The man said we live at a completely different address than we gave the woman repeatedly earlier. You decide to tell us that an hour later after we placed the order?! When I then asked to speak to a manager the man hung up on me. Certainly never ordering from a Pizza Hut again

Punctual on the time given for my order to come. I would of given a great tip just for that. But once the delivery was here this man demanded a tip. I don’t appreciate being pushed to a tip. He went from getting a awesome tip to a one star tip…. u don’t ever request a tip. As I recall we already get charged a delivery fee. So why demand a tip. Very upset and disappointed. You should wait and if u don’t get a tip owell better off next time.
