If I could give this place 0 stars I would after todays interaction. It’s simple, I called ahead of time and asked if they took 100s and the female who answered said “not for delivery”. Okay simple enough, little irritating but understandable, sent someone to go pick it up for me. “I’m sorry we don’t have change for 100” mind you the change would have been 52, and some coins. The person I sent came back, and we called where the “manager” said “oh well if I was up there I could have checked the safe.” Yet the employee who was worker registered had loudly asked if they had change in the other register and was met with “no and not in the safe either.” Asked about the points we used to redeem for breadsticks and we have to wait 2-3 days for them. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT. When asked if they could compensate something for waisting our time, gas, and points, the so called “manager” said that his manager wouldn’t let him comp cuz they didn’t have change. Will be letting everyone know how unprofessional this place is.

I normally don’t have issues with this place. The pizza is always fresh tasting. But I received a pizza that had hair and possibly mold baked into it. What made it worse was that I had already started eating it before catching the hair. I called and they had me wait an extra 30 mins to get a fresh one on top of me already waiting 30-40 mins for the initial delivery. The person I talked to on the phone responded with “I don’t see how that could’ve happened because our people wear hair nets but sorry about that” we got our pizza but was skeptical about eating it. It might be a while before I order here again, if ever.

The staff present tonight were beyond rude, extremely disrespectful , and verbally abusive. I highly recommend going else where until the “2 Hispanic females” working on December 28th, 2022. @ 3:30pm (they refused to give their names) are properly delt with.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in about 10 years and now I remember why. ordered a large 3 topping stuff crust pizza it was disgusting and cold ordered 8 piece boneless wings only got 6 they thought 2 pieces the size of a dime were considered boneless wings?

Ordered a stuffed crust, however that is not what we received. Pizza tasted old and my wife and I both had stomach issued that evening. The cinna buns were delicious. We will not be ordering again

I really like Pizza Hut pizzas, even though most of my friends say they are low quality pizzas for too high a price. I will not be returning to this place, however, after learning more about their policy on customer service. Long story short, I experienced a problem with delivery and called to see about the status of my order. Manager basically told me they would not take fault or apologize and I was simply wrong. I made a statement that I was disappointed because I just wanted to express my concern and be shown a little empathy or remorse. The manager replied that they can not be expected to be nice or professional when they are as busy as they are, there is just no time.

Ordered online, went to pickup the pizza. Went home and found out that my two large pizzas with extra pepperoni turned out to be one with pepperoni and one cheese. Called the store about fifteen minutes after I left and they first had no clue who I was. Then I asked for a manager, told her the story and she says I ordered it that way. After about five minutes of explaining that at first they couldn’t find my order in their system and now it’s that I had ordered it wrong, finally gave up. Had ordered extra sauce on the pizza also. Decided to eat a piece only to find out that there was no sauce whatsoever. This is also the only business that I know of that charges a “service fee” to order from them to help pay for the cost of doing business in CA. Filled out their review that they asked for on the website and said yes I would like someone to contact me…. been three days and still waiting. Service and quality at least at this location has deteriorated to the point that I don’t think I will ever be back.

I checked in when I got there and it said my order was ready. I waited 15 minutes before I ended up going inside to get my order since no one brought it out. When I went inside my pizza and bread sticks were done but my wings were not. I had to wait longer. My pizza was cold and hard.
