I waited hours for a medium pizza and 12 wings. I called over 6 times to the store location on Stockdale Pizza Hut in Bakersfield and I am legible for a free pizza. They wouldn’t answer and it just hangs up. I am so tired and hungry. This is ridiculous. The order under my sisters name but I called for her 6 times and she used her phone to call the place numerous times.

Horrible! I had 2 bad experiences at this particular one. The second time I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Every time I put extra sauce, they tend to put extra cheese and no sauce instead. The first time they did this, they came back and gave me my pizza but STILL forgot my Sierra mist. I called to let management know and to see if I can get a refund just on the soda. She tells me she is terribly sorry and she’ll put $10 on my account. Well when it came to the second time to order(on another day), I wanted to use my $10 credit. I called to place an order but I was greeted with and attitude and was told that it’s not on there and it’s says I received another free pizza! I explained to her I did not receive a free pizza but she didn’t seem to care at all. So at this point I don’t care im hungry so I order what I usually order and still no sauce and extra cheese! She told me she’ll send a new one and I received a cold flat pizza, mind you, I paid for pan pizza. Never ordering here again. They don’t seem to care and can’t follow directions.
