They messed up the order, I hate olives I’m just amazed they decided it was an okay substitution for jalapeños.. I also had to recut the pizza because it wasn’t cut all the way and it was cold.. after picking out the olives and microwaving the pizza I was only able to eat 2 small slices because I was so bummed out…

I ordered a big dinner box and they called me to ask if I can wait an additional 30 mins because they didn’t have “rectangular dough” so I said yeah that’s fine. They bring my order after an hour wait and it’s wrong. It’s just 2 regular pizzas, my extra sides were missing and I called to tell them and they said it would be an additional 40 mins to get my missing items. What the heck did I wait an hour for???? The girl that answered the phone didn’t even seem to care.

Omg! This place is awesome! We have NEVER had a wrong order, the staff is super friendly, and the app is freakn amazing and really easy to use! The food is top notch! Pizza is super fresh and they definitely don’t skimp on ingredients! We love the lemon pepper wings too, they’re always juicy! We usually have to get two orders! They even have cute little parmesan and red pepper shakers you can buy! Totes adorb’s!!! *Also if you use the app you get points for each order! We’ve gotten so many wings using just our points!

I don’t really give 5 stars to any facility. But, I did an over the phone order and came in, they gave me the wrong pizza. I came back and they let me keep the pizza and gave me a credit of another pizza. Most places tell you, “sure, I’ll give you credit for the next time.” But, when you go the next time; they act like, what credit? Here, they honored my credit. I thought that deserved a 5 star for an honest establishment. Thank you. Keep up the great work and honest.

They got my order wrong, ask for light sauce and it was oozing sauce I called them over the phone about it and they insisted that they did it light sauce so i took it back to them and showed them they didnt say anything they just gave me a new one when I ask them if they could refund me the delivery fee because that I had to drive to pick up the new one they just ignored me never coming back here

I cant even omg don’t order from this place. Picked an order as a dasher, it was a cash order. It didn’t say anywhere on my screen or instructions that I had to carry change. That was the customer’s responsibility the customer didn’t have exact cash and proceeded to call Pizza Hut and this worker spoke to us so RUDELY I cant even explain. The worst service I’ve ever received. I hope this gets taken care of.
