Placed order, five minutes later was told they were out of mushrooms for my sausage and mushroom pizza. Ok, I guess no big deal. Five minutes later was told they were out of ham for my ham and pineapple pizza. Not so OK anymore. Got a refund. Manager was SUPER NICE though and did send a driver for more ingredients. Will give them another chance before I write them off.

This place is a total drag. Seems like they don’t want to be at work. They have an arcade and no quarter machine. You ask for quarters at the register and they will exchange 1 dollar for you, the rest of the quarters (well over $10) are for the next two days which happen to be weekdays. Maybe they don’t like going to the bank? Regardless only a few of the games work. It’s a shame a pizza parlor would have this kind of service. I remember when they were across the street, the guy would toss the dough in the air, it was a highly spirited place. Now it makes you want to run out of there!

9-10 times everything goes smoothly. The 1 it doesnt im 80% sure it was my fault but food is always done and ready by the time of pickup and fresh hot and crisp when delivered. Could use a little more options on thier website for orders to suggest easy sauce or something simple like that but same pizza hut taste!
