5 star man this location was so kind and helpful. Not only was the pizza super affordable and delicious (the New Yorker is amazing) but when the doordasher came and ripped me off by pretending not to have change, I called the location and they helped to make it right even though it was completely not their fault and had nothing to do with them. I spoke to Chris and he was so kind and so helpful in helping me in a situation that was not his or their fault at all. Definitely my go to location from now on. Thank you Chris and all the rest of the staff at this location!

Staff was overwhelmed with orders, friendly but not very organized. I was not shown my order to confirm that it was correct. Got home with the wrong pasta, tried to call to report problem with order & wasn’t able to even get through to store, phone line was busy. Had to make something else to eat instead of what I paid for but didn’t receive. Need to work on customer service & accuracy.

I got the worst experience ever today. I ordered 5 pizzas today and the pizza toppings were messed. I called to the store about the refund and they talked to us with a very bad attitude. When my pizza was delivered it was smashed to one side like it was thrown in the box and the pizza dough was raw. I also ordered buffalo wings and there was barely any sauce. I felt like I got ripped off. I paid about $43 for a very disappointing meal where the pizza was inedible since the dough was raw.

The person taking the order listed the wrong address! I had to guide the driver to my home, delaying my delivery, and causing my food to be chilled when it arrived! NEXT, I OPEN THE BONELESS WINGS, AND I RECEIVED 4 BONELESS WINGS, AND 4 CHICKEN CRUMBS, WHICH WERE BASICALLY FRIED BATTER! THE WINGS WERE ALSO OLD AND COLD! I REALLY NEED MY $9.99 REFUNDED!
