The triple treat box is pretty good. Two medium pizzas, bread sticks and cinnamon rolls. Only gave it 4 stars because the cinnamon rolls are really small compared to the commercial and the pan crust was a bit soggy. Other than that, everything was good. The delivery was fast. Will order again.

On July 20th I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, drink, sauces ect. for pickup. I get back to my hotel and find that the pizza is not the stuffed crust I had ordered. The husband had a few beers and didn’t want to drive back so I call them to explain the problem and they reluctantly had another pizza delivered (The hotel was a little over a mile away). The delivery guy didn’t have my hotel # for some reason so I met him in the office. I give him his tip but he wants full payment for the replacement pizza. I explain to him a few times what happened and ask him to call his manager. He doesn’t have the number. So I call and am on hold for 10 min. with the driver in the hotel lobby. This was very annoying and embarrassing. Finally my husband comes out with the original pizza, gives it to the driver and just takes our replacement pizza and we leave. Still on hold, the call is finally answered. A flustered woman tries to find out what the situation is and offers a $10 credit on my $30 order, available through my pizza hut account. At this point I’m annoyed, embarrassed and hungry so I agree and hang up. So today 8/2 I am back in Sacramento and log into my Pizza Hut account and big surprise, no credit. When I picked up my pizza originally someone else was complaining about a wrong order so I get the impression that this happens a lot in this location. The correct order that we ended up taking from the driver who thought we were trying to steal the pizza was good. I love the stuff crust pizzas there but dang it’s just not worth dealing with the inaptitude.

So let me tell you about this place I ordered online waited for an 1hr called within the 1hr and half and they said that they delivery driver wasn’t available so they had uber eats deliver my food the person never showed so after 2 hrs no one answered so I went up there and somehow my order was refunded never in life will I go back to this place I had 3 kids to feed and it’s way past there bed time I had to wake my father in law out his sleep to take me to get food and lord knows this man can nearly walk I pray this doesn’t happen to your family

I usually always come to this location, but this time my order was so bad and messed up for one the lemon pepper chicken was soggy and there was a liquid in it. I’ve ordered this before and the chicken never looked like that! And the marshmallow cookie never looked like this neither , it’s supposed to look fresh and marshalled separated not in just one area. And the burnt cheese bread. Very disappointed ! They have to fire some one cause they dont know what they’re doing in the kitchen ! Very sad this is poor quality! I placed this order yesterday ugh I wasted $47
